The Airotec Tubro Compact 800, also functioning as an Air Assisted Sprayer, boasts a notably compact design in comparison to other imported sprayers. Its manually operated controller sets this Tractor Trailed Sprayer Machine apart, ensuring precise chemical delivery during the spraying process
To guarantee the purity of spraying solutions, a Suction filter (Primary) and Brass line filter (Secondary) effectively filter the substances, culminating in the passage through top-notch Italian brass nozzles.
The Mitra Agro Equipment has focused on the safety factor by integrating crucial components such as rubber couplings, which effectively dampen vibrations and jerks coming out of the tractor. In addition, in order to protect the pump from possible damage caused by excessively high pressures, the pressure relief valve is automatically triggered at 40 bar. Further reinforcement of the shell structure is provided by the rear bumper, which provides an additional layer of protection.
The Tractor Blower by Mitra operates seamlessly on the tractor’s PTO power, transmitted through a wide-angle PTO shaft to the machine. This crucial shaft links the diaphragm pump to the tractor’s PTO shaft, allowing the power to be transferred to a 2-speed gearbox, offering low-high and neutral settings with gear ratios of 1:4 and 1:5. The chassis, subjected to a hot-dip galvanizing process, guarantees prolonged life and guards against rusting.
