The “Race 200-liter” tractor sprayer machine is designed for spraying and dipping applications in Grapes and regular spraying for Pomegranates and Other Orchards. This is the most economical sprayer for horticulture crop grower farmers.

“Mitra’s Race 200L” Sprayer is directly mounted over the tractor with the help of specially designed mounting plates and also with 3PL (Three-pointLinkage). Mitra Agro Equipment has taken care of safety by providing safety devices like a rear bumper to protect the shell assembly from any accidents. The assembly of equipment is constructed using stainless steel. Stainless steel is known for its durability, corrosion resistance, and ability to withstand harsh environments, making it a suitable choice for agricultural equipment.

We are using a horizontal type piston pump in our Race 200L sparyer. This type of positive displacement pump used to transfer fluids from one place to another. It is called “horizontal” because the cylinder containing the pistons is oriented in a horizontal position. Locally, its popular among the farmers as HTP spray pump machine.

The pump operates using one or more reciprocating pistons that move back and forth inside the cylinder. As the piston moves in one direction, it creates a partial vacuum, which draws fluid into the cylinder through an inlet valve. When the piston moves in the opposite direction, it pressurizes the fluid, forcing it out through an outlet valve.

This sprayer model has a 45 LPM piston pump and It’s also available with diaphragm pumps, which indicates the volume of liquid the pump can move in one minute. It’s having a 200L HDPE tank.
